I have been a licensed clinical psychologist for over 8 years. I am an expert in military and sexual trauma, psychosis, and supporting people along the spectrum of gender and sexuality. I am experienced with DBT and attachment-based approaches to trauma and addiction. I help people regain hope in spite of the most difficult circumstances. I use science and clinical based approaches to find solutions while you are on your journey to recovery, healing, and well being.

I Promote mindful living, self-compassion, and emotional resilience. I try to make sure we can find a solution so you can be on your way with new skills, emotional regulation, and meeting your goals.

My Focus

I focus on trauma and addiction. The population I work with are adolescents and adults who are struggling with unresolved trauma and addiction. I am an Igbtqia+ ally and have experience with the struggles or journeys this population experiences. I am a cis woman, who is culturally sensitive and I speak Spanish and Portuguese. I work with couples and families to navigate hard situations or unresolved tension.

I have been an independent licensed psychologist for over 8 years. I also have an Ms in neuroscience. I have been an exper Speaker on podcasts and tv networks speaking specifically on women and child abuse and trauma. I did 2 years of research at UCSB focusing on the impact of telehealth and how it can be used to better help potential clients.
