Hello, I’m Cristina, an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor committed in providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals, couples, and families.
Navigating life’s challenges—whether personal, relational, or emotional—can feel overwhelming. My approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, and I work collaboratively with clients to explore their concerns, identify patterns, and develop tools for healthier coping and meaningful change. I believe in fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can be heard, validated, and empowered.
My Approach
I specialize in anxiety, depression, family conflict and trauma, and utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focus Therapy. I understand that therapy is a unique, personal journey, and I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each individual or couple, respecting their pace and personal goals.
Whether you’re struggling with a difficult life transition, communication breakdowns in your relationship, or just need support navigating your own thoughts and feelings, I’m here to help. My goal is to provide a supportive and understanding environment where we can work together to help you create positive changes in your life.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your path to healing and growth.

Style
