High-quality therapy is expensive. Our mission is to make it accessible to more people by working with insurance companies to cover mental health services in-network. A majority of our clients are getting great care with only a co-pay fee.

Out of Network
Most times, you can get 50% - 80% of your care paid with your out-of-network benefits for PPO plans. We can provide you with a superbill to get this money easily reimbursed. Alternatively, we partner with Mentaya and Thrizer, who can handle all the paperwork and we will even cover any fees charged by Mentaya. The average out of pocket cost for our clients is $62/session.
